Nguyen Van Dai (Dave Nguyen), a Research associate of the Vietnam Industrial Innovation Index project, is working as a lecturer in the Department of Development Economics at the National Economics University. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from The University of Melbourne and now he is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration of the E-PhD program at the Institute for Sustainable Development (NEU).
His research interests focus on Development, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in the context of the developing world. In addition to publications that he has authored or co-authored including book chapters and conference papers, his publications have been published in quality journals such as Sage Open, Journal of Economics and Development, the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy, Cogent Business & Management. He has led several development and research projects in the development field such as artisan product innovation, ethnic minority entrepreneurship, gender stereotype, and community-based poverty reduction.
