Phan Thi Thuc Anh is the Associate Vice Provost, Associate Professor of Management, and Director of the Vietnam Industry Innovation Index at Agile Innovation Center, VinUniversity. Before joining VinUniversity, she held various managerial positions at National Economics University, Hanoi, the most recent being Vice Dean of the International School of Management and Economics.

Assoc. Prof. Phan Thi Thuc Anh has led a number of research projects sponsored by USAID, DANIDA, and NAFOSTED. She has authored or co-authored 12 books and over 50 papers published in reputable international journals and conference proceedings such as International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Team Performance Management, etc. Her research primarily focuses on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge Management, Learning, and Organizational Behavior. Besides teaching students of various degree-granting programs from undergraduate to PhD levels, she also provided consultancy services for prominent organizations such as MOST, SIDA, GTZ, DFID, KPMG, Unilever, BP, Nestle, Viettel, SHB, MSB, Petrolimex, as well as for start-up companies.

During her tenure, Assoc. Prof. Phan Thi Thuc Anh has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to the education sector and received many awards in teaching, research, and student research supervision.
